FillGo is a marketplace between identifiable people, not an anonymous bulletin board.

• Basic KYC (name, ID, selfie) for senders and providers.
• Delivery is complete only after a receiver OTP, not a tap.
• Prohibited goods are not allowed. Users confirm this, and records are kept.
• Disputes go to admin review with a full transaction trail.
• Identity documents are never shown on public profiles.

Software that supports multiple countries is not the same as legal compliance in every country. Local rules must be checked before a country is enabled.
